Cancellation Policy

• Fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled or adjusted up to 2 days (48 hours) days before arrival. Within 24 hours of arrival, 50% of the deposit is due. No-shows, any cancellations or adjustments made after 24 hours of the reservation start will be responsible for the entire stay. Charges will be charged to the credit card provided.
• Special rate packages can not be combined with other discounts and are subject to the same reservation rules as non-refundable rates.

Keyless Entry
Prior to your arrival, you will receive the access codes to enter the premises as well your unique code for accessing your room.

Amenities
The Herbie Motel offers a cozy courtyard with a gazebo, stylish outdoor seating, fire pits, a basketball hoop, and a pickleball court. Each room features a streaming web TV, a small upright fridge with a freezer, microwave, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi
Access to our Wi-Fi is free in all our common areas and rooms. The Herbie Motel will provide at check-in all the necessary information for you to be able to enjoy this free service.‍ Please note that the motel Wi-Fi access code is subject to change without notice. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our Wi-Fi equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals.

Smoking
The Herbie is a smoke-free property. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapors, are strictly prohibited in rooms and anywhere on the grounds. You will be charged a $500 smoking fee if any evidence of smoking (cigarette butts, ashes, strong scents, etc.) is discovered on The Herbie Motel premises.

Parking 
Parking is available onsite at no additional cost. We do not have a car charging station 

Liability

• You shall indemnify and hold the The Herbie Motel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the boutique motel.
• You authorize the The Herbie Motel to charge your credit card for all costs incurred during your stay including any items damaged or removed from your room. The Herbie Motel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables. We are neither responsible for items left in the room or automobile.

Dispute Resolution/Issues
The Motel reserves the right to send guests away from the motel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by motel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
